At AFEW, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 14-day return period for all unworn apparel and sneakers in their original packaging. Please ensure all items remain in brand-new condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Place the items in their original shoe box or apparel bag, then secure them inside a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the provided prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely fix it to the outside of your package, covering any old shipping marks.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated shipping carrier and keep your receipt; once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
